My path to becoming The Mental Health PT was neither straightforward nor easy. For over a decade, I grappled with an eating disorder—a challenge uncommon among men, yet profound in its impact. This period was marked by intense self-reflection, discipline, and the establishment of routines that laid the groundwork for resilience. It taught me that true strength lies in overcoming the battles we face internally and that every step forward is a victory in its own right.

This experience ignited a passion within me to support other men navigating similar struggles. Mental health, particularly men's mental health, is often shrouded in silence. My goal is to break this silence, offering a voice and a solution through targeted training, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle adjustments that foster mental and physical well-being.
